Dr. Kumiko Yamamoto

Dr. Kumiko Yamamoto is a doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.

Dr. Kumiko Yamamoto is a Board Licensed Doctor of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine since 2009, who specializes in women’s health and reproductive medicine. She is passionate about helping and guiding patients through the different phases of fertility. Dr. Yamamoto has treated a wide array of Women’s health conditions and procedures including natural conception, IVF, egg freezing, PCOS, endometriosis, hormonal imbalance, pre and post-birth, as well as menopause support. 

Dr. Yamamoto’s well versed clinical excellence also includes pain management, pediatric care, mental and emotional health care. 

Her extensive clinical training includes the pediatric pain management program at Children’s Hospital of Los Angeles, the Integrative oncology program at the Premiere Oncology Santa Monica as well as Integrative Oncology Program and Integrative Reproductive Medicine programs in China. 

Dr. Yamamoto’s academic accomplishments include the Distinction Award from Yo San University Doctoral program and the Meritorious Award from Yo San University Master’s program. She is also a certified Tai Chi and Qi Gong instructor since 2008, and has taught at the UCLA MS Achievement Center, Loyola Marymount University as well as Yo San University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. Dr. Yamamoto has found joy in teaching communities, universities and clinical settings alike.
